Although German law requires that a German company should have its terms and conditions written in German, the following summary is offered as a courtesy to international visitors. They are not to be regarded as a substitute for the above legally binding General Terms and Conditions (GTC). You will find the legally binding "GTC" below this summary.


It is implied that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

By using the shop and placing an order, a legally binding contract is formed between the customer and the owner of WTTech, Nils Sturman. The contract language is German. We assume no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect translations of the software plugin GTranslate.

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of order placement. A small delay may occur when we attend markets or other turning and woodworking events. If this is the case, we will keep you informed. Absences (sickness or vacation) are reported on the website.

packaging and shipping costs
All PACKAGES are insured up to €500 in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the shipping service provider and with shipment tracking. DHL EU packages are sent without transport insurance and tracking. Hermes packages are insured up to a value of 50 EUR according to their general terms and conditions.
Shipping costs within Germany: between €2.20 and €6.50 depending on the weight.
International shipping for selected countries within the EU: between €10.20 and €45.50 depending on weight.

We currently accept the following payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer.

We guarantee that the product you have purchased will leave us in perfect condition and undamaged. In the unlikely event that it does reach you after it has been damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to report this to your doorstep delivery service and to us immediately. Please note that such damage can only be reported up to 2 days after receipt of the package! This delay may vary depending on your local postal/delivery service. In addition, we accept no responsibility for damage caused by proper or improper use, normal wear and tear, third parties (and repairs made by them). In other words, once the product has reached your workshop and been removed from the packaging, no refunds or exchanges are possible.

We only use your personal data for the purpose of processing your order. We do not pass on your e-mail or postal address to third parties. If you would like to see the personal data we have about you, contact us directly using the contact form. You can also request the deletion of your data in this way. This website uses cookies, which are only used to ensure the proper optimization of this website for your device. These cookies are not used for any other purpose. Finally, we use services called Google Analytics and Woocommerce, which allow us to view various statistics about visitors and customers of our website. The former does not allow us to see details about individual users, while the latter only allows us to process your order.

All other images as well as all logos, graphics and texts contained on this website are our property and may not be used without our express written permission.

Some price changes are subject to change at any time without notice.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can organize a return within 14 calendar days. Return postage costs are at your expense and you must inform us in writing (by email or post) of your intention to return the items before posting them to us. Returns of used or damaged goods (caused by delivery, wear and tear, misuse, attempted repairs or by a third party) will not be accepted.
