This noble cheese cutlery set consists of high-quality stainless steel, which is polished to a high gloss.

Assembly is accomplished by inserting the threaded rod through your blank/workpiece, making it a turn-between-tips project

The approximate lengths are as follows: spade 25.5 and knife 23cm.

Blank size for cheese knives: 115mm long, 15mmØ at the end of the blade, 12mmØ at the heel

Cheese slice blank size: 105mm long, 15mm Ø at blade end, 12mm Ø at heel

A simple kit to complete which when completed makes a superb quality cutlery set

Required drill size: 4 mm (thread fit) 4.5 mm (butt fit)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE KITS ARE HANDMADE - SOME ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION. Although the cheese slicer has a cutting edge, it may need to be sharpened depending on how sharp you want it to be.

As with all WTTech kits, wooden and acrylic parts or other materials to be processed are not included. We leave the choice of material to you, the craftsman!
