Terms of payment and delivery

General shipping information:

All PACKAGES are insured up to 500,- € according to the terms and conditions of the shipping service provider and with shipment tracking. DHL EU parcels are sent without transport insurance and tracking. Hermes parcels are insured up to a value of 50 EUR in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Shipping costs within Germany: between €2.20 and €6.50 depending on the weight.
International shipping for selected countries within the EU: between €8.60 and €45.50 depending on weight. Depending on your location, delivery can take between 2-5 days for Germany and 5-8 days for other EU countries.

Information on the calculation of shipping costs:
The shipping costs are calculated as soon as an address has been entered. Up to this point, Germany is the default destination country. After entering the correct address, the weight and size details of your order are processed and the exact shipping costs are calculated by the webshop.

Information on free shipping:
We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders with a value of over 100 euros.

Special notes on shipping abroad:

International shipments may be subject to tolls, taxes and other charges not specified in the total price. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
