PSI Pin Press Premium Assembly & Dismantling – Pressing & dismantling pins

Now you can disassemble and reassemble your pen parts with a single, easy-to-use tool. Works like a traditional pen press to reliably and accurately press your pen parts together, while the disassembly feature gives you an invaluable way to disassemble virtually any pen. You will receive the following components:

– Press unit with adjustment slide and handle

– 6 dismantling sticks

– Spring loaded stopper

– 6 inch soft grip hose

– 7mm mechanism socket to protect parts

Pin Mount Features:

– The mounting clamp offers over 250 lbs. Pressure to firmly and precisely press your parts together.

– The spring-loaded plunger acts as a 3rd hand for quick and easy part positioning

– The smooth-running carriage mechanism pushes the assembly stop securely and quickly into position

– A locking lever then locks the rod securely along the threads.

– Quickly converts to a disassembly press by removing the plastic stop.

Features for disassembly:

– Unique ram design easily pushes the parts out of the pen tube

– Pushes the parts out with over 250 lbs of pressure

– The 6 disassembly bars accommodate almost all tube diameters and part configurations, including pen tips and clips.

– The special disassembly socket for 7mm mechanisms allows for the disassembly of 7mm pins.

– The soft grip tube and the V-profile clamp provide excellent protection of the parts during the disassembly process
