Herb Cutter - Herb Knife / Mezzaluna / Ulu Knife / Stainless Steel
The Herb Cutter / Mezzaluna / Ulu Kit is a food grade stainless steel blade that comes with stainless steel ferrules. A kitchen tool for cutting everything from herbs to cutting dough - as versatile as any knife, if not more so. The true test of a wood turner is of course 2 identical handles - lots of practice and lots of fun. The kit can also be used to make a Ulu - a one-handed curved blade utensil.
These Mezzaluna kits are now available in two variants: 132mm and 170mm
Attention: The blade of this knife is extremely sharp. It is not intended for use by children and should be handled with care.

For the larger Mezzaluna with a length of 170 mm, different dimensions are required than those stated in the instructions. Please take this into account when creating larger Mezzalunas.
As with all WTTech kits, wooden and acrylic parts or other materials to be processed are not included. We leave the choice of material to you, the craftsman!
