Inspired by the classic Pineapple hand grenade, this ballpoint pen makes an ideal gift for any military lover. The shape derives from the 48-piece serrated cast-iron shell that is typical of this classic grenade.

Unlike the heavy iron construction of the real grenade, the pen body is precision CNC machined from solid aluminum. This keeps the pen light and easy to use while retaining the round, bulky look and feel of the real grenade.

What appears to be a pin clip is actually the grenade's safety lever and is used to retract the mine rather than a working pin clip.

The safety lever is connected to the top of the pin with an authentic looking safety pin and pull ring.

To deploy the refill, simply click the plunger like a typical click ballpoint pen. This will push out the safety lever clip. To retract, pull the safety lever and watch as the pin tip pops out of the end.
